It is essential that all staff understand and follow the centre’s policies and procedures, as they are in place to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of the vulnerable children in our care. Being knowledgeable about these policies helps maintain a consistent and professional standard across the centre and ensures that every child receives the highest quality of care.

Please read each policy carefully, watch the accompanying video, and complete the quiz. A score of 80% or higher is required to move on to the next policy. If your score is below 80%, take time to review the policy again to strengthen your understanding. If you have any questions, please speak with the Centre Supervisor for clarification.
